Introduction

PlsGradeMe is a free CGPA calculator for students in Singapore. This policy explains what we do and do not collect when you use the site.

Grades stay in your browser

Calculator inputs (school, CGPA, credits, module grades) are processed locally in your browser. We do not store your grades, student IDs, or calculation history on our servers.

We do not collect:

Your name, student ID, or academic records for calculations
A server-side history of your CGPA calculations

What we do use

Analytics: Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights help us understand traffic and performance (e.g. pages visited, device type). These may use cookies or similar technologies.
Advertising: We may display Google AdSense ads in fixed placements to keep the tool free. Ad partners may use cookies or device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. You can manage ad personalization via Google's ad settings.
Hosting: The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical logs (IP, browser, request timing) for security and reliability. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Contact / add-school forms: If you submit a form, the message content is sent to us (via Telegram) so we can respond. Do not include sensitive personal data you would not want us to receive.

Local storage

We may use local storage for preferences such as theme. This stays on your device.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
